Majid, a QHSE Coordinator with a third secondary education and NEBOSH and IOSH certifications, has over 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environment. Starting as a mechanic at Saud Bhawna, he transitioned to oil and gas as a roustabout and floor man before joining the HSE department. Majid oversees safe work systems, policy updates, and incident investigations, and he reports HSE statistics monthly to the ministry. As an OSHEMCO member with OPAL, he contributes to setting industry safety standards and raises awareness across workplaces.

Majid’s achievements include six consecutive years without lost-time injuries and assisting in the company’s ISO certification process. Certified as a Lead Auditor in ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, he is also trained in coaching, radiation protection, and on-scene command. His role extends to conducting targeted inspections in high-risk areas and managing permissions and licenses essential for operational safety.
