Ali Al Farsi, is a Senior Petroleum Engineer specializing in reservoir management, field development, and integrated subsurface studies. He combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability to drive performance across complex assets, including sandstone and carbonate reservoirs.

He has worked across multiple organizations, including Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and CC Energy Development (CCED), leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-impact projects from integrated reservoir modeling and simulation to full-field development planning and production optimization.

His work has directly contributed to reducing field decline rates, increasing production, and improving asset value through data-driven decision-making and innovative engineering solutions.

Currently, he is on a mission with Masar Petroleum to maximize production from Block 7, focusing on unlocking additional value through optimized reservoir management and integrated development strategies.

Ali is recognized for applying LEAN principles and digital solutions to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and deliver sustainable improvements in reservoir performance, cost reduction, and recovery enhancement.
