Fadi is a senior subsurface leader with over 25 years of experience in Quantitative Interpretation (QI) and seismic analysis, with advanced expertise in the Jason software suite. His experience covers seismic interpretation, velocity modelling, depth conversion, attribute analysis, and fault and fracture characterization.

Throughout his career, he has led the characterization and modelling of both carbonate and clastic reservoirs, addressing complex subsurface challenges including thin reservoirs, tight gas systems, and structurally complex fields. He has played a key role in well planning and in the integration of seismic data to support geosteering of horizontal wells.

Fadi joined OOCEP in 2011, where he worked on deep tight gas clastic reservoirs, following eight years in the UAE as Technical Manager at Fugro-Jason.

In 2014, he joined Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), contributing to the North Qarn Alam cluster before moving in 2023 to the Low Carbon Solutions (CCUS) team, where he supported carbon storage and utilization initiatives.
In 2025, Fadi joined Masar as Head of Exploration, where he leads exploration strategy and oversees subsurface evaluation to support the company’s growth objectives.
